We really enjoyed this activity. The guide, driver and balloon captain were all fantastic. We got picked up at 5.30 (December 2025). There was a bit of a wait to get the balloon going but once they got the permission, it was really quick. Although we missed the sunrise it was cloudy and we still caught the sun coming up hiding in and out of clouds. It didn’t matter too much as it was still very beautiful and serene. We were in the air for quite sometime - it didn’t feel short. Just a note to say we were offered an upgrade to a smaller bucket (20 people maximum) - for usd 15 per person- which we decided to use- and it was a more personalised experience. Highly recommend this specific tour provider .

The hot air baloon trip was very well organised. It is all very professional and safe, our pilot was very good. We waited a little bit bit at the end we got into a smaller balloon and the experience was really nice. Definietly worth it!

I've done the Hot Air Balloon in Kapadocia Turkey, and I must say that Hot Air Balloon in Egypt is really great.. Seamless take off and landing, great scenery too. I recommend this to anyone. It's also very safe

First ever balloon ride and I doubt it will ever be beaten! Lift off at sunrise together with another 50 plus balloons rising above the River Nile. A clear line of green vegitation with desert either side, passing over The Valley of the Kings and Egyptian Temples. Tip: it's weather dependent so keep checking the forecast particularly the wind speed ideally 5-10kph. We altered our booking twice as on both previous booked days the wind speed was showing too high so flights ended up being cancelled, so we didn't waste time and visited temples instead.
