The tour operator was extremely inefficient from the start. We missed several visits due to delays, and on the 5th day the driver simply didn’t show up. We later learned it was because they hadn’t agreed on payment. He arrived three hours late only after they finally settled the price. Communication was almost nonexistent. They never answered messages or calls—even when a driver dropped us at the wrong cruise. In Edfu, it was clear they hadn’t arranged enough carriages, and we ended up squeezed four people into vehicles designed for two. Daily schedules were given to us at 9–10 pm, even on days when we had to wake up at 2 am. With most activities starting between 2 am and 6 am, getting proper rest became impossible. Their lack of organization, support, and responsiveness made the trip far more uncomfortable than it should have been.
